In my sessions, I create a supportive and nurturing space for you to honor and process the emotions that arise during your fertility journey. I guide you through yoga practices designed to ease anxiety, restlessness, and the unique challenges of navigating grief and the desire to start a family. I believe that true healing begins with relaxation, so I incorporate gentle yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and journaling to help you find peace, restore balance, and create space for hope and healing.
